The villages in which the MORAIRA GROUP locates its plots and dwellings invite you to live in a unique style. Villages to experience in first person for their charm, for their people, for their natural and architectonic riches and, of course, for the quality of the services that are offered in order to enjoy the highest standard of living. Nature, handicrafts, tradition, festivals, gastronomy and services make our villages villages with their own identity in the entire Costa Blanca.
Imagine living a step away from the best beaches of the Costa Blanca. The beaches and coves of Teulada and Moraira, Javea and Benitachell invite you to experience Spain’s sun, to enjoy relaxing bathing in crystalline waters and practicing a large number of water sports. Long beaches with fine sand or rock, many of them awarded the Blue Flag of the European Community and with the ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 14001 Environmental certification.
The Costa Blanca is an area of contrasts, which allow us to enjoy at the same time the Mediterranean coast, the charm of the inland villages and nature in its pure state. Landscapes surrounds by mountains, natural reserves, almond fields and land rich in cultivation, perfect for breathing pure air, taking long, quite walks or discovering the most beautiful routes of hiking.
The Costa Blanca is found in an area of excellent communications that permit us to run the entire coastline, as well as the most interesting points of Spain:
- Motorway AP-7 that links the entire Mediterranean
- Excellent communications with different points of Spain through the A3 Motorway and a complete combination of bus lines on the national level.
-The national highways N-234 (Valencia –Zaragoza) and N-330 (Alicante-Madrid) communicate the coast directly with the regions of the interior.
- An average distance of 100 km to the international airports of Valencia and Alicante.
- The different ports of the Costa Blanca take us to discover Ibiza, Formentera and Palma de Mallorca at only 60 miles of navigation.
- The golf courses of Javea, Ifach, La Sella and Don Cayo are some of the more than 15 courses that are concentrated in the Costa Blanca. Some are designed by José María Olazábal and Severino Ballesteros and hold important international tournaments.
